We can salmon.

And we’re good at it. We take the bounty of Alaska, infuse it with our craft traditions, and seal it in a can.

We work with local fishermen to preserve their best catch at its peak, and the salmon in every one of our cans traces back directly to a member of our community. 

First, we carve our salmon into thick pieces and gently smoke them with natural alder wood to preserve the firm texture and rich wild salmon flavor. Next we hand-pack the salmon into our cans, ensuring you get a taste of quality cuts from head to tail before cooking the fish to perfect doneness.

Our stock rotates as the season progresses, so check back with us every once in a while to see what’s on our shelves.
